Marco brings over 20 years of senior corporate affairs experience in highly regulated consumer goods, with a sharp instinct for the cultural and political nuances that determine whether a campaign lands or stalls. He has lived and worked across several European countries and is fluent in English, Italian, German and French. His career spans executive-level roles at Diageo and Heineken, leading public affairs and communications across Europe and Africa — delivering real policy wins and building strong in-house teams. Fredrik has spent 25+ years at the intersection of corporate and financial communications, public affairs, and business strategy — across consumer goods, manufacturing, travel, and politics. His work with Thule Group, where he led communications and investor relations for 14 years through a successful Nasdaq listing, gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to build lasting credibility with investors and boards. Anchored in Scandinavian business culture and fluent in European regulatory environments — particularly where Nordic, EU and US capital-market expectations collide.
